This product (suitable for infrared thermometer, ear thermometer and other temperature measuring instruments) can enjoy a one-year free warranty and lifelong maintenance with the purchase invoice from the date of purchase.
Batteries and packaging are not covered by the warranty.
For the following damages caused by users, please forgive our failure to provide free warranty service:
1) Failure caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of products;
2) Fault caused by accidental falling during use or handling;
3) Failure caused by failure to operate according to the correct instructions in the manual;
4) Failure caused by lack of reasonable maintenance;
